چکیده

This study aimed to determine the prevalence and molecular characterization of Sarcocystis spp. in bovine minced meat that is sold various grocery stores butcher shops Van Province Turkey. For this purpose a total 150 samples were obtained from ?pekyolu, Tu?ba, Edremit, Erci?, Geva? districts monthly periods May October 2019. 28% (42/150) found positive for species as result microscopic analyses 96.6% (145/150) multiplex-PCR RFLP methods. cruzi (96.6%) was detected all using hominis-like 143 (95%) whereas S. hirsuta only 4 (2.6%) samples. According Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLASTN) analysis 18S rRNA gene region (MN832695) (MN832697) isolates, they showed 100% similarity (MH681972; MH681973) submitted GenBank China. The BLASTN isolate (MN832696) revealed it 99.45% identical bovini (KT901155) isolated water buffalo New Zealand. In conclusion, has been provided first time Province, unverified scientific data established study.
